Delivery:
 
jerntraaden ensure delivery by Post Denmark (unless otherwise stated) to receive on the date which is desired in order. Timely delivery requires however that Post Denmark over the day-to-day delivery. If a delay occurs at Post Denmark, this same delay delivery in relation to the desired delivery date. Post Danmark quality around delivery is minimum 97% of letter packages and minimum 99% of the parcel. Note however that these percentages are average, and can hide large local and temporary variations. jerntraaden can not be held responsible for delays in postal Denmark. In cases of very late (several days) or outright missed deliveries, forward jerntraaden obviously a new delivery without charge.
Shipping to Bornholm and some small islands are not covered by Post Danmark objective day-to-day delivery, with shipments to these area in some cases can last two days. jerntraaden always start with day-to-day delivery. As a sender you may want. select delivery date one day earlier to compensate for this.
There will not be delivered to the Faroe Islands, Greenland and abroad, unless otherwise agreed by phone or email.

Goods Tournament also takes place to this address - note that we do not receive packages sent by fax. following requirements. Returns can also happen by refusing to receive or deliver the goods personally with us. It is not a requirement but the expedition will be enhanced if adequate information resulting package - for example, copy of order confirmation, registration number and account number of bank account to which reimbursement may be, copy of any. preceding correspondence, etc..
Reimbursement
In case of agreed discounts, returned goods or prepaid products as canceled before shipment, there must be a full or partial refund of the purchase price. Repayment is usually always by bank transfer and jerntraaden therefore need information on registration number and account number for your bank account. This information is not sensitive and can easily be informed by. email or other traditional correspondence form.
Returns:

There are 14 day return policy on goods, excluding fabric. Counting from the day they are received. If you choose to cancel a purchase, simply return the item in same condition and quantity as you received. When goods are received back and approved, the purchase price refunded to your account within a few days. Costs of return you must bear.
